Miss Prissy

Miss Prissy was a widow hen in the Looney Tunes cartoons
with one son and a constant crush on Foghorn Leghorn.

Miss Prissy lived in a warm henhouse that Foghorn always wanted to
live in, but didn't want to earn the affections of Miss Prissy
to do it.

Miss Prissy believed that Foghorn should become a good stepfather
to her son, Egghead Jr. and Foghorn did try his best to show Egghead
how to be a real boy. However Egghead was far too much of a
brain for Foghorn's tastes and adventuresome lifestyle.

Barnyard Dawg and Foghorn are in another spat with each
other, but Miss Prissy is looking for a husband.


Of Rice and Hen   1953
Foghorn Leghorn, Miss Prissy, Barnyard Dawg

Foghorn saves Miss Prissy who then falls in love with him.


A Broken Leghorn    1959

Miss Prissy has trouble laying an egg, so Foghorn
helps her out by planting an egg under her. The egg hatches
and turns out to be a rooster that Foghorn hates.



Strangled Eggs    1961

Foghorn Leghorn tries to get warm and he marries
Miss Prissy to get inside her henhouse. However, he also
winds up finding his old acquaintance--Henery Hawk, who
smells chicken. Henery winds up on Miss Prissy's doorstep,
as an abandoned child.  Miss Prissy then wants to adopt
Henery as a son while Foghorn tries his best to convince
her otherwise.
